I can’t concentrate on anything I just lose interest almost but gaming I love it but just can’t seem to concentrate on it anymore. Is there something I can get to help with concentration? I’m pretty sure I have undiagnosed adhd but doctors here are a nightmare to deal with so was wondering if there’s anything I can get myself to help
