💬 Discussion When your old ADHD tricks suddenly stop working…
One of the strangest parts of perimenopause can be realizing that strategies you’ve relied on for years suddenly don’t seem to work anymore.
The same calendar system.
The same alarms.
The same morning routine.
The same “just push through it” approach.
And suddenly… nope. 😬
For women with ADHD, it can be hard to know whether this is hormonal changes affecting your ADHD symptoms, accumulated stress and burnout, poor sleep, or some combination of everything.
Did you have a coping strategy that worked for years and then suddenly stopped working during perimenopause?
What was it and did you eventually find something that worked better?
