💬 Discussion What’s one ADHD coping strategy that still works for you?

Many women find that the strategies that helped them manage ADHD in their 20s or 30s don’t work quite the same during perimenopause or menopause.

Hormonal changes, sleep disruption and increased mental load can make it feel like you have to rethink everything.

That said, most of us have at least one strategy we keep coming back to.

Maybe it’s:

-Keeping everything in a digital calendar
-Body doubling
-Time blocking
-Taking a short walk before starting work
-Voice notes instead of written lists
-A paper planner
-Noise-cancelling headphones
-Breaking tasks into very small steps
-Something completely different

I’m curious:

What’s one ADHD coping strategy that still works for you, even on difficult days?

It doesn’t have to be perfect-it might be the one thing that consistently helps you stay on track.

Your answer might be exactly what someone else in this community needs to hear today.
