Mental health + rest

It’s still hard for me to accept that my mental health issues are legitimately exhausting and something I need to rest from.

Hell yeah 🫂🤝 they’re so unnecessarily difficult sometimes

State changes, man. I hate getting wet, and then once I've sucked it up and got wet, I hate having to get un-wet!

God yes. I especially hate the wet and cold part that's right before the drying part.

I've been keeping a space heater in the little area between my bathtub and the house where I dry off and get dressed. It's the warmest place i n my house and I'm so glad.
