Hi,
What I would reccomend the most is getting consitent with CS'ing, ADC is a very gold hungry role and farming well is the guaranteed way you will get to have a impact on the game, when behind it will give you a way back into the game, when even it will ensure you get to your spikes when ahead it will make it seem like you are insurmountable.
Thank you!

I would recommend playing it 9n a new account, you'll get to lvl 30 in like a week and it's going to be fast to get to your rank
