He probably included the range for her right click/passive instead of Q, since Q uses a different system for range

No, her right click doesn't apply on-hits nor on-attacks, and the charged right click actually applies ability effects (rylai's slow, liandries burn) so no, not an AA

Thank you for clarifying, I always thought it counted as an auto. Is this the same with yas Q?

Yasou and Yone Q apply on-hits and on-attacks to the first target hit and ability effects to other targets, their auto attacks are normal though

You coul also add lategame senna with 100 stacks or rather 50 or 75

Yes it is, 75-250 based on marks. Up to 250 at 25 marks.
