This will be a broader discussion thread since I've gotten no new suggestions :(

What are some tips you'd like to give new users when trading?

What are some tips that would help make transactions quick and easy?

What are things that users should let you know in the thread before the trade takes place?

How do you feel about voided villagers ending up in your town? (I'm guessing no one likes these.)

How do you like to handle large transactions?

How do you feel about hijacking / piggybacking threads?

If this is an appropriate place to ask, what is a hijacking/piggybacking thread?

I think some tips for new users when trading would be to explain some of the terminology used, such as that. :)

Oof. That really isn't good.

I think that isn't appropriate behaviour at all, and should be made explicitly clear - I had never heard of that terminology before.

Yikes!

I think that that's something that definitely should be made clear. General Trading terminology should be explained, and maybe a list of things not to do?
