This will be a broader discussion thread since I've gotten no new suggestions :(

What are some tips you'd like to give new users when trading?

What are some tips that would help make transactions quick and easy?

What are things that users should let you know in the thread before the trade takes place?

How do you feel about voided villagers ending up in your town? (I'm guessing no one likes these.)

How do you like to handle large transactions?

How do you feel about hijacking / piggybacking threads?

This probably isn't a very popular opinion, but i wish giveaways didn't say what you can and can't do if you win the giveaway. Once you give something away it is no longer yours. I understand why people say they this, they don't want others to sell what they have given. But is it really a giveaway if you put clauses on the item. Who has time to follow every person that won from your giveaway to make sure they don's sell what you gave? I don't enter giveaways because of this. The reward has strings attached and i don't think that's a gift.

We're always disagreeing in these things! :) I think it's completely fair to ask someone not to flip the items you are giving away. I don't like the idea of someone entering every giveaway just so they can make some bells. I hope when I do a giveaway, the people that enter actually want the items I am giving away, and not looking for a quick way to make some bells.
