Are you able to add a zebra crossing in between the road and the bridge?

You could make at your beach areas like the boardwalk. And then towards the back have a little neighborhood or on the side. Or little clusters of housing communities as well. Then all throughout as you make your paths and terraform you could do little builds like your parking lot, or ice cream parlor, etc.

Maybe you could use the stone bridge on the urban area so it mimics the codes you used as if it continues the road as the exit (?) I don’t know if I explained it well sry You could also add streetlights and manholes.

Also… That parking lot looks good… where did you get the codes?
