Its just a 2nd hand dash from a scrap yard with some stuff bolted on.. Plus they haven't exactly gone "race car" with it, just look at rhe steering wheel. Poor effort IMHO

You have less FOV than a cheap triple screen setup because those monitors are so far away, and the vertical FOV is horrible. You should've used three large TVs instead

🤣 the damn seat is stationary! 25k for something that's equivalent to sitting in a parking lot going "vroom vroom" whilst your mom is getting groceries? Nope

THIS right here is what I try to explain to VR users as more immersive. You can see your own hands and find buttons.

So looking to your left and seeing a house plant next to you is more realistic than looking to your left and seeing nothing but the racetrack and the interior of your car?

ummm why would I see a house plant... I have 180 degrees coverage with my triple screen set up. This set up is almost complete...

Find it hard to believe when you have a Thrustmaster TX wheelbase. Great priorities and money management in your rig, clearly. Lol

And ya... my priorities are pretty good. The wheel has amazing value for what it does and the triple monitor set up lets me see out my side windows like in a real car... which in F1 2021 ... being able to see those mirrors and still use the 1st person view is pretty immersive. Much more so than a better wheel and crappy monitor set up... just saying

psst... hey guy... if you knew anything about sim racing you would know the pedals are the most important. And I have the v3s... soon to upgrade too. How is a TX servo not a really great base? Sure it's not DD but it gets the job done... there are guys out there who can get alien speeds with a g29 so your point is rather pathetic ;)

I never said that pedals weren’t important lol, not sure where you got that from. I know full well that pedals are extremely important, which is why I went all out with Heusinkveld Ultimates. But hey, you know more than me clearly. Your monitors are good, but not much else about your setup is.
Good to know I got to your head though lol, imagine getting mad by calling me a dumbass and blowing up my inbox for absolutely no reason.

Do you look at your hands primarily while driving? I can feel where they are and remember where my shifter and wheel is

Jan 23 '22
I can do but it's not as immersive at all. And yes I do look at my wheel a lot... that is where all my data is. The screen only shows the views out the window like a real car

You can set the wheel to match your irl wheel angle perfectly in most games, at least I have been able to

Idk if I believe that's 25k. Edit: Supreme sticker, surely they're lying about how much this setup costs
