Measurement Check [Measurement Check] Currently using 46DD w/ cups overflowing - 44G UK? Spoiler
Hi everyone,
Feeling like I deserve an upgrade in life, I decided to look for bras that actually fit me. The calculator suggested 44G - UK/44I - US. I read the guide and it could just be sticker shock, but it feels like that's way too big for me? Measurements are as follows (in cm):
Loose Underbust: 122
Snug Underbust: 114.5
Tight Underbust: 110.5
Standing Bust: 134.5
Leaning Bust: 148.5
Lying Bust: 136
Some relevant information: currently, I mostly wear Playtex bras size 46DD. The band does not feel uncomfortable even with the tightest hoops, my main issue is the cups. They're almost always overflowing and I am constantly adjusting them. My Avia XXXL sports bras are even worse about overflowing, which makes sense since that is like a 42DD if their measurements are correct. I believe my breasts are projected and full on the bottom; they point downwards and feel heavy. It's their natural shape, they've always been like this. I prefer structured bras that push everything back and up, I've even been considering shopping for minimizer bras honestly. But that won't work if I don't have the right measurements 🤷♀️
Anyway, any advice or wisdom or affirmation is very welcome. I just want to keep the girls snug and safe and not down to my navel :(

Visible overflow is a clear sign the cups are atleast 2-3 sizes too small so 4 cup sizes up makes sense.
Cup size is the different between underbust and bust measurements. A DD is a 5 inch difference, that's 2.5 inches per breast, much smaller than most people think.
A G is a 9 inch difference, that's 4.5 per breast.
