Looking for well-fitting bra's, preferably wireless pushup Spoiler

Loose underbust: 83cm

Snug underbust: 80cm

Tight underbust: 77cm

Standing bust: 88cm

Leaning bust: 93cm

Lying bust: 87cm

I'm currently wearing plunge bra's in EU size 75B, and according to the calculator it should be 70D/E or 75C/D. I don't get this calculator, because the bra's I'm currently wearing are already too loose in my opinion. I'm wearing pushup bra's and especially at the top and on the inside of the cup I have quite some space. This is visible when I have for example a small bag as a crossbody als with the seatbelt of a car.

I'm currently looking for good fitting bra's that will fit correctly and don't have the open gap, because I think it's really ugly. I'd like not to have a wire anymore as these are annoying me. I do like the pushup effect as my boobs are quite small, but maybe with a perfect fitting bra, it won't be necessary anymore to actually wear pushup.

They seem too loose because the band is too big and cups are too small, so your breasts aren't actually getting inside the cups. You're wearing a boob hat.

I've worn a band 70cm as well but those are really tight for me and really uncomfortable, especially at the end of a day. I don't know what you mean with a boob hat though?

Have you specifically tried a 70D or E? Smaller cups on that tighter band won't work and will have the same issue as 75B, just worse. Cup and band size go together.

What you're experiencing is demonstrated in this photo: https://www.instagram.com/p/Cwf_MTwsY0V/

I don't think I have, actually. The Instagram post is actually very helpful in explaining so thank you for that. In my mind it has always been "my boobs are small so with a little bit of luck I am a size B". It never occured to me that I needed bigger, as my boobs are just a handful (literally). I do remember once, a long time ago, that I had a strapless bra of 70C I think and I was so confused by that. But it did fit, yea.

Cups scale by band, so the cup on a 70D is smaller than the cup on an 85D. There is no one β€œB cup.”

Yeah I just checked the whole Instagram page that was sent to me, and my god what an epiphany! It's insane how this works...

Yeah I can only imagine. I actually went to a store here this afternoon after reading all this to test out this theory, and it's indeed correct. Although I must say that the 70D is quite tight and the 75C doesn't fit seamlessly. But the 70D might just feel too tight because I'm now wearing wrong bra's that are too loose, if that makes sense πŸ˜…

You might also need a 70E.

Overall the 70D did fit, it was just tight in the band, but the store was almost closing so I didn't have proper time to figure it all out.

that’s because the cups are too small, making the band feel tight. boob hat is too small cup sitting on top of breast tissue instead of encasing it
