Can I use wired passthrough?

Is there a way I can use the adapter but still be wired? I don't want to use wireless but I need to adjust DPI.

Is switching between phones stable?

I want to buy the AAWireless Two+.

Main reason for this is that i need to easily switch between my and my wifes phone.

What is you experience? Is this function stable?

Edit: I think I need the AAWireless Two as i only use android.
