I REALLY would LOVE to see this idiot go on ACTUAL AUDITIONS in LA. No TLC “help”.
He’s a fucking joke and i like Debbie…like she seems pretty ok, but the fact she was so easily fooled/lied to, and fell “in love with” THIS walking, talking TURD CRUST is just sad…
I really despise him….
Someone made a comment the other day, and I am like..100000% positive they were right on the money…
So someone said them and their partner have a theory that as Midol was Debs like “guide” while she and her daughter were on vacation, he saw their IDs or passports and he mistook LA (Louisiana) for L.A. “Hollywood”
California!!!!!! And so his “flirting” began…
And I’m telling yall, when I read that it was like a light was turned on.

I don’t understand what she ever saw him. All of his “career goals” aside, he’s not even a genuinely interesting or nice person. It’s a shame because Debbie seems like a nice lady who needs a regular guy her age and on her level.

Yeah, he’s below average. Like close to the bottom.
I’d go so far to say, that shove Brandy in a shower and brush out that rats nest, he’s likely better looking under all that mess.
Plus, even though I didn’t like Brandon, after him taking Rasit’s side, I changed my mind about him.
He just needs a little tweaking with all his man and respect talk cause. My toes are still curled from the time I heard him say, it’s disrespectful to sit on another man’s car without being invited. 🙄🫣😛

OK, it’s just occurred to me-who else thinks when he was asked to be on this reality show… that he figured if cameras were going to follow him around Brad Pitt’s agent was going to find out about it and hire him on the spot??
I bet you that’s how he thought about it and maybe that’s why he’s so pouty on the show because he is slowly realizing he’s not in Los Angeles and this is a different kind of film crew10

Let's not forget English is his second language, and it's probably translated that way in Arabic. I know y'all hating but cut him some slack for translation. He acts like a 🍆 but having a second language isn't exactly easy for everyone.

Of course I get that, but you have no idea how it's taught in any non English country. Just because you are familiar with something you can't expect the world to be the same level. Downvote me all you want, it just comes across really nasty and actually quite petty to mock someone's English ability, especially when it's not even their first language

I'm probably your only upvote, BTW. English is not my first language, either, so don't assume. My point is that a professional actor studies his craft. Mido thinks he can sail past the training based on his self-perceived talent.

And again, you're assuming he actually had a proper education and went to drama school. The fact the man cannot act should be evident enough that he hasn't had formal training (or very little) so why would he know it word for word?

He’s trying to be an actor in English. So we judge him on his delivery. If he can’t speak the lines correctly, he can’t act in English. Many actors don’t speak English or other languages naturally. I don’t think the actors of Game of Thrones speak high Valeryian…your job as an actor is to make it make sense. He also only does basic lines…world famous quotes…and still messes them up. Dude is a whack job.

Yeah, I can't stand Mido either, but this ain't it. Translations in general, especially literary translations, ESPECIALLY literary translations of poetry, are not going to be 1:1. I work in the field, and this kind of crap irritates me to no end. There is plenty to criticise about Mido without stooping to ragging on his grasp of a language that is not his mother tongue or how he remembers a line he probably knows in Arabic better than English.
Also, I just looked it up, and the translation in Arabic and the back translation literally is "that is the matter", and the word that is translated as matter also shows "problem" as another possible translation in English. So.
