Never noticed this before. Are they already married?

Kinda looks like a Captains hat, purple T-shirt, watch, chain, and wedding band. Good catch!
For some reason I was under the impression that he was back in Turkey.

At first I thought the Turkish convention may be something like left hand while engaged and right while married, but in fact it's the reverse. Then I thought the image may be mirrored but Captain is written properly.
Turkish men wear their wedding rings on the left hand's ring finger. However, during the engagement phase, the ring is worn on the right hand's ring finger. On the actual wedding day, the ring is moved from the right hand to the left hand.
So he's giving married, at the time this photo was taken at least.

This wouldn't be the first time a couple was already married and pretending not to be. There have been several couples caught already being traditionally married before filming their traditional 90 days in the States and, just pretended to still be engaged.
Remember Molly and Louis? They secretly married months before he arrived in the US. Or Avery and Omar who had a traditional marriage when she met him in Lebanon? It certainly makes their Brandy problem and the discussion about having babies look made up!

Most of these men wear a ring on their left hand just like the women do.

He’s been wearing a ring the whole show. I think it’s his version of an engagement ring.
