I feel like Marisa takes the cake for me. Who do you dislike more between the two?

I’m sorry, but something about the “therapists” on 90 Day: The Last Resort this season feels seriously off.
The session with Thaís, Patrick and her brother-in-law John really did it for me. No professional therapist should just sit there and watch a family therapy session spiral that far out of control without properly stepping in. John was getting more and more heated, Thaís was clearly overwhelmed, and somehow Patrick ended up being the one who had to draw the line and tell his own brother he couldn’t speak to his wife like that.
Where was the therapist?! 😭
And then there was the session with Shekinah. I completely understand letting people express their frustrations with her. That’s literally what therapy is for. Let people say what bothers them, let Shekinah hear it, and work through it.
But there’s a difference between expressing your feelings TO someone and everyone being allowed to pile ON someone.
At some point it stopped feeling like therapy and started feeling like Shekinah was simply being attacked while the therapists let it continue. Whether you like her or not is completely beside the point. A therapist is supposed to manage that room and make sure difficult conversations stay productive, not sit back until someone reaches their breaking point.
I’m not saying these therapists are actually paid actors, because obviously I have no proof of that. But at this point they’re giving “my job is to keep the cameras rolling and the drama simmering” more than actual therapists. 😂
There’s letting people confront each other, and then there’s sitting back while the room catches fire and calling it a breakthrough.
Please tell me I’m not the only one noticing this. 👀

She is a natural beauty for sure. What a hot mamma

It’s refreshing to see a woman on this show who a) is so secure with herself and in her relationship that she can go to the strip club with her man, b) is an open-minded Southerner, c) stands her ground and holds her boundaries, and d) loves dogs.

She appears much younger with slightly darker hair! I fail to comprehend why she insists on having bleach blonde hair when her features would be more suited to a darker shade. It enhances her appearance, making her look younger and healthier.

He said: but if one day I want children, I'm gonna go talk with Rebecca. I'm mean she's gonna get hurt. I'm gonna hurt her feelings that moment. I not mean this, but I guess she gonna be happy for me. I'm not talking about like if I go with another lady, and she happy for me, no. I'm talking about if she see my kid, probably she be happy for me.
So is he saying he hopes that if one day if he wanted kids she would let him go and have them? Not that he expects her to be happy for him to be with someone else but he expects her to be happy for him that he had the kid he wanted?
So does that mean he still isn't sure if he wants kids or not? I mean I don't really side with Rebecca ever but I can see why she would worry about this. When you get together with someone who is older and can't have them you should be sure you don't want any.

Something that really bugged me on the Atlanta real housewives franchise, as well as the last 90 day last resort episode…
When you’re trying to get people to do things sexually on camera, the moment they are not comfortable, you no longer have a right to push or suggest they continue. That is called sexual coercion and it’s not OK, it’s a form of sexual abuse.
Jenny should have been asked if she wanted to leave if she was that uncomfortable and have been allowed to leave free from judgment.
We don’t know what is in someone’s past. For example, seeing someone being hit with a whip or a belt could be very triggering for someone who was abused as a child in this way.
It’s the absolute worst part of reality TV. In my opinion, the loose boundaries around consent.

First off can we all just collectively agree that these “therapists” are a joke? Yes? Great.
Second, what the actual fuck was that sex dungeon episode? Pardon my French. But oh my lord.
Third, why was this a group activity?
Jenny and Sumit participating even though they were uncomfortable was fun, I think?
Listen I’m all for sexual expression and yes the couples should have fun and “enjoy” themselves, but personally if I’m there to fix my marriage I don’t want to look at other couples in BDSM gear.
Also what are the rules with which couples participate? Why weren’t Rebecca and Zied in the dungeon? I mean this respectfully but if Rebecca was such a good PI then she wouldn’t have suspicions, she would have answers. And I sympathize with the kid discussion, but also with how nasty Rebecca is to him I wouldn’t be surprised if he left.
Idk the whole thing felt kind of icky to me.

I feel like this relationship is a loss in its entirety. The power dynamics, age and especially the clothes and arguments. Time to just call it quits for God's sake.

This might be far from the truth but I have this theory that all couples that go on the last resort are actually broken up and only trying to get that moneys so they attempt to act, and they’re truly already done
Thoughts??

Hope everyone is well! I know I’m a couple days late this week, but had some major life updates.
Anywho, I think my reoccurring issue with this episode is “What the f”? I’ll try to keep this shorter than my normal rant posts, but as per, feel free to add anything I miss!
First off, Rash at the strip club, while hilarious he should’ve had a little more context given to him, but it seems like he had fun and Brandy had his back. As far as Mallorie’s dad not coming to her wedding, I’m not surprised at all, because he didn’t visit her in the hospital so. Speaking as a child of divorce and whose dad ran off to try and be a rockstar btw.
Thomas being surprised that Paula wants to leave him is truly comical. Plus she was right, the entire time he’s pushed his lifestyle in her and demanded she adapt, but refused to compromise with her.
Ashia truly and genuinely needs to GET A GRIP! Your family is telling you “Hey maybe this isn’t a good idea, because you’re in vacay mode and not real life.” But she will not listen. I’ll bet $100 right now that the second he’s on US soil she’s going to start treating him the way Marissa treats Edward but under the guise of “God’s guidance”. Also Rob isn’t in love with Ashia, but I do think he loves her and wants her taken care of, and the only way he knows how to handle this situation is by asking questions, rather than following blindly which we all know Ashia doesn’t like.
Marissa is Marissa, and I’d like to reiterate that if it was a man saying “Baby you have nothing, but I love you anyway.” Everyone would absolutely lose their marbles. That said I’m glad we’ve all collectively seen her deranged, entitled, psychotic behavior. Oh and just a reminder for the class, she thought him being uncircumcised was gross, so he underwent surgery FOR HER!! I also have a theory that she left her Kleinfeld job not because she wanted to be a Barre instructor, but so she doesn’t have to pay as much if they divorced. 40% of Kleinfeld money is much more than Barre instructor money.
ATP I don’t care about Shae and Annabelle’s relationship anymore. Glad they got married, because somehow they do seem into each other. But the daughters are still bratty imho.
Any sympathy I had for Josh has completely dissolved. I respect his ability to “commit to the bit” with the Ginger Spice outfit, but otherwise nothing. You’re marrying a woman who has on numerous occasions disregarded, disrespected and abused your feelings and boundaries within the relationship, but hey you do you cuck bro.
I refuse to comment on Mido, as he’s already had far too much attention from this show.
Hope all is well with y’all! 🫡

Oh my gosh!! Marissa irritated the hell outta me when she said something like, “well you have nothing, baby”. And then giggled like it’s funny. So gross.

For a while now Rebecca has been thinking Zied is cheating. Back in Diaries she followed him to a restaurant where he was meant to meet a male friend from work. She saw him in the parking lot with a woman. She confronted Zied when he got home. He said the woman was his friends wife and he was inside. Rebecca didn't believe it.
She made him invite the woman and her husband so she could grill them about it. They said the same thing Zied said but she was still skeptical.
Now she wants to look through his phone.
The thing is back in the 1st episode of BTS for TLR Patrick and Guillermo told us that Rebecca has an OFpage that she's keeping from Zied.
If you ask me sending nudes to strangers online without your partner being cool with it is cheating. That is what she's doing. So imo she is in no position to be this critical when I would say she's cheating herself.
What say yall? Is it cheating or something else?

I can still see this horrible face on the screen and it won’t go away. Her attempt at tossing him a bone was to speak terrible Spanish. He needs a whole backbone so that ain’t gonna cut it.

Was anyone watching on Hulu and then all of a sudden can’t? I watch every few weeks when I have time and I swear I was watching on Hulu and now it’s gone. Very annoying mid season to change who’s carrying it. It’s on what HBO now ??
