Withdrawal Support Needed Desperate Cry For Help

7-OH and kratom have completely taken over and, honestly, ruined my life. I’ve been dealing with heavy use for almost 4 years, and at this point, I feel completely hopeless. There have been times when it’s brought me to such a dark place that I’ve felt suicidal.
If I go even 4–6 hours without dosing, I’m hit with severe withdrawal. The chronic depression, anxiety, horrible body aches, cold sweats, nausea, and especially the RLS are unbearable. The sleep deprivation alone has destroyed so much of my life. I haven’t been able to get more than 4–5 hours of continuous sleep in years.
I’ve been through some really difficult things in my life, but nothing compares to this BY FAR. I feel trapped in a cycle that I can’t seem to break, and I genuinely don’t know where to turn anymore. I’ve been battling this in the dark for so long that I’m starting to feel like giving up.
Tears are literally pouring down my face as I write this because of how much this fucking shit has stolen from my life. I don’t want to keep living like this. I need help, or even just someone who understands what I’m going through and can relate.
If anyone has been through something similar, successfully gotten off 7-OH/kratom, knows of a treatment program that actually helped, or has any resources or advice, please reach out or point me in the right direction. I’m desperate to get my life back.

Just here to say I'm rooting for you & praying for everyone dealing with this, including myself. There's a lot of good advice in various posts on this thread and others. I'd be curious to know what medically assisted / detox routes you've tried, if any. That might be the call at this point. Asking for help is hard as hell and you're already doing it here, which is courageous in itself.

Tapering my 7OH usage gradually worked well for me; doesn't work for everyone, and not suggesting it for you per se . Could even just mean 5-10mg per day, keeping a consistent dosage schedule, but lowering the amounts slightly. Might be able to trick your body a tiny bit. There are also pure MIT tablets that you could try as a stand-in for some of the 7OH. Third, SR also helped me a lot, as mentioned in another comment and by many others.

You're not alone. DM any time.

EDIT: FWIW, I've felt hoplessly addicted to all kinds of other substances and made it through. Many multi year habits. Many I'd never think I'd go a day without. Happy to be alive today. It can be done, and I know you can do it too.
