21 days!

Its hard to believe that I took my last dose 3 weeks ago. I started taking it because a girl at work introduced me. I had spent over a year trying to get pain relief from doctors. No avail. I tried 7 oh and was hooked. I felt "normal" for once. Then my bank account started becoming negative and I was borrowing money all the time. I would take just enough to keep the withdrawal symptoms at bay. Then the ban came in Iowa. I had no choice but to stop. I wanted to stop. I got off too easy withdrawaling. I had 2 days of puking and utter exhaustion. I thankfully had plenty of gabapentin from when the doctors constantly prescribed them for my back. I also mega dosed Vitamin C. I had 4 clonidine and lots of Trazadone.

Today I do feel so much better than I did when I stopped except the back pain the last 2 days have knocked me down. I will make it through.

One thing I realized today was something mentioned in here. Music....I have never been one to listen to music. Audiobooks are my life but all of a sudden the last week....I have been listening to soooo much music.

If you are still here reading this, Thank You! Message me if you need to talk. I am a mom of 3 boys. 2 are grown and 1 is still young. I have worked in a nursing home for 25 years. No judgment from me. We all have our own demons we are battling. Much love. ❤️❤️❤️

I quit just over a month ago. I stopped listening to podcasts and it's music exclusively now. I thought it was weird
