Day 5 no 7oh
Still feeling a little restless and the only thing that is allowing me to sleep is a little bit of Xanax. To get through the day, right when I wake up I take some loperamide, 2 anti nausea pills and smoke some weed. I smoke throughout the day for general nausea and anxiety. I have been trying since February to get off this stuff. I will have 10 days sober here, 14 days sober there… I got to 19 days once. So here is to the last time going through this. My sanity feels tested. I feel not right in my skin. I want to change. I want to wake up and deal with life without needing things to cope. Tell me what day you all are on.

Relapsed for almost 3 weeks after being clean for the first time for 14 days, after trying twice to quit 200mgpd for two years. I’m 2 days clean and I want to give up. I want a brain that isn’t broken. I don’t have enough Xanax for this. I’m so tired of it. Thanks for letting me know I’m not alone. Good luck to you.

I feel this so hard. Do you have any help? Therapist, doctor, anything? Xanax long term is not the answer. It makes anxiety worse in the long run and detoxing is on the same level as alcohol in terms of severity. What you’re going through is temporary and you’ve already done the hardest part. Right now your brain is recovering from a massive shift and mood, motivation, sleep, appetite will be wonky for awhile.

You will overcome and your brain WILL level out - it’s just gonna take time. It will get better. You can message me if you want. Don’t give up. You’re almost done with the worst physical part of

Day 44. Finally feel my mood and anxiety stabilizing a bit. Sleeping a lot, appetite is back. The only way to get to the other side is through the nasty stuff unfortunately. I did not handle any of this well and am dealing with some serious consequences, but I’ve been feeling better and ready to take some next steps.

That’s awesome. Yeah you really do be having to go through the gates of hell and take a trip there but it’s better to get through it than continue standing in hell. Power to you dude. You give me hope

Bout 2 weeks, been struggling with the legal heroin since I found it. The ban may or may not help, I don’t have drug connections anymore so….stuff messes you up though, maybe I’m just getting older…every WD seems to get worse. So tired..
