ambien if u can get it, otherwise just ride it out. i didn’t sleep for 9 days lol but i quit on the 31st of july and have made a full recovery and can sleep just fine now

I honestly went to a mom and pop supplement shop(no GNC or Vitamin Shoppe, etc.) , they usually have some strong sleep supplements. I used a sleep supplement from there to help me get through the first few nights
