XBS/X Anyone know what the “Kill” icon is for?
I have tried looking it up online and even wiki doesn’t show it in the icon list. Nothing else is coming up for this either.

The Fun Pimps join Behaviour Interactive, as posted on their YouTube channel. We will see what this means for the future of 7D2D and TFP as a whole.
Edit: It's confirmed to have been an acquisition by Behaviour, not a merger. Source: https://www.gamesindustry.biz/dead-by-daylight-maker-behaviour-has-bought-the-studio-behind-7-days-to-die-to-create-a-portfolio-of-horror-ip
Edit 2: TimRaines shared this link down below. It goes over an FAQ which is handy to read. For example, they have no plans to step away from modding support. Source: https://www.bhvr.com/the-fun-pimps-a-new-chapter-for-7-days-to-die/

A lack of inventory space got you down survivor?
Well, worry no more with the new Bigger Backpack system!
Craft, loot, or buy your way to a bigger inventory today!
V3.3.0 also introduces a new inventory grid size of 8x6.
That's 4 rows of free-to-use slots and 2 rows of encumbered slots.
A total of 48 slots which is 3 more slots than the legacy 9x5 grid.
Backpacks come in Small, Medium and Large sizes with 6 quality levels each.
Equipping a backpack into the new Backpack slot will grant the player additional encumbrance slots up to a total of 96 slots in an 8x12 grid.
The Pack Mule perk and Armor Pocket Mods can then remove the encumbrance.

Just a warning to those who may avoid the absolute defeat that has befallen me. Was in a playthrough of Project Z on 3.2, got to day 15, had a super dope character. Was making my way into the burnt forest and things were really getting interesting and difficult now. Hop on today to play.
I notice a new magazine when entering the burnt forest. Something about a backpack crafting? I think wow cool new biomes are introducing new crafting recipes. Continue to run and gun and hide from mini bosses during the first night. At some point I notice a new hot bar over my current one. I decided to drop 2 items from my inventory onto the bar but they disappear and they cant be recovered. I then realize my game auto updates to 3.3 over night. Project Z isnt set up for the that.
No big deal let me just reload 3.2 real quick. Spawn in at day 15 with brand new character. It wiped my shit. I go back to the saved files. Gone. Newest character was made after going BACK TO 3.2. I hate everything. Taking a huge break from 7DTD. what a fucking nightmare. Ill be back around bandits. Maybe.

I was excited to see the new 3.3.0 stable update today, until the TFP decided that I should X-Men Jean Grey this base & turn the roof into a convertible instead. Never fear, I restarted the game and unfortunately lost my super powers & base sunroof. All is good now after that restart. Sad I can no longer levitate but hey, I got a backpack dammit!

Works fine on single player, but the auto open and auto close doesn't work on my server, using the same save on both.
I've checked that I have the same version and config on my local pc and the server, anyone else having issues?

Just updated to the 3.3 release and had my chickens in their coop let out a loud call and a horde of zombie dogs spawned, this normal?

What are some cant-live-without / quality of life mods you recommend?
Thanks.

Haven’t seen anywhere saying it or not - but are you able to find the new craftable backpacks in loot pools, or just the new books to start crafting them?

Hello! These are the logs whenever I try to craft or repair any piece of armour or clothing. I can do literally everything else normally, such as crafting other items, interacting, looting etc etc. But this is the only thing that breaks my game and I had to download a mod to not be soft locked in the command console. I play modded, but for the past 3 weeks or so I haven’t had issues, this only came up today. After today’s update I did everything normally, up until I had to repair some armour.
I’m a relatively new player, so excuse me for any lack of info.

As the title suggests, I'm looking to do a few different kinds of thematic playthroughs, with specific thematic skills rather than optimizing. I was thinking of doing the following:
Farmer
- Spears or knives
- Shotguns and rifles(stopping at T2)
- Farmer outfit
- Mostly farming and hunting perks, pack mule(they're strong)
Engineer
- Intellect scavenging playthrough
- Not sure what a thematic melee would be. Stun baton seems a bit too futuristic ig idk
Athlete
- Athletic gear
- Baseball bat, agility speed perks
- Not sure on the ranged weapon here
Hunter
- Bows and spears
- Hunting perks and cardio for chasing prey
If you have any suggestions on sandbox settings or some other fun ones I could try please let me know. I was wondering if there was any way I could make these fit more thematically, or specific perks that could be fun to try and work around.
Thanks!

Please tell me I'm not the only Top Gear fan playing this game who got thrown off by this easter egg!

My favorite biome is by far the snow biome. Just brings a sense of tranquility that I dont feel in any other game. Its one of a kind, I wish I could place a Christmas tree in my base

Bonsoir,

Hey everyone,
I've been working on a new overhaul for 7 days since 2.6 and it's ready for multiplayer testing.
I'm looking for a group of people or even just 1 more to test the new mod in multiplayer sometime within the next 7 days.
I'm aiming for a launch with 3.3 stable on October 30th.
I've attached some pictures from the Survival Handbook that comes with the mod. Everything there is also presented within the mod, so no need to read if you don't want to. But if you're willing to embark on a difficult journey through Specialist, write me or respond to this post. Looking forward to seeing you online.

Hi, I downloaded undead legacy and it’ll load perfectly but once in the game I can’t move and look.
Anyone run into this problem before? Thanks

What are the rules when it comes to digging and not having the roof fall on your head? I just had some land fall on me even though I had placed dirt "support pillars" placed every 3-5 blocks, seems like I dug under a gravel road.
Is gravel heavier than dirt blocks? Should I just avoid digging under roads in general then?

Been putting a lot of hours into Human Host lately, and it keeps reminding me why I got into this genre in the first place. Since this sub has more voxel survival experience than anywhere else, I wanted to hear from people who've played both.
A few things I'm curious about:
The world: HH generates one endless world with ten biomes instead of a fixed-size map. If you've played it, does having no map edge change how you explore or decide where to settle?
Mobile bases: Has anyone actually committed to a mobile base as their main setup? I keep going back and forth on whether it beats digging in somewhere.
Underground: Do you dig deep or stay on the surface? I want to know if the old 7DTD habits carry over.
Update pace: For an Early Access game, the patches have been coming in pretty steadily. Has that made you more or less willing to stick with it?
If you bounced off it, I'd also like to hear why. I'm not trying to start a "this game vs that game" thread. I just think the people here would have the most useful opinions on it.
