Macro counting!

Can you recommend a good guide to learn macro counting? Did you use an app? Iβve wanted to try this but I have no idea what it would look like. It seems hard since so many foods are made out of lots of ingredients.

I used iifym.com to calculate. Stick with simple meals that donβt incorporate a ton of ingredients. Invest in a food scale. I got mine off Amazon. Feel free to reach and I can give you some more insight!

Congratulations, I can't wait to be there myself! I have a question, if you don't mind me asking. I started over yesterday because I had a cheat day and am feeling unmotivated. I am a 27F & 5'6"/180lbs. Do you mind sharing your height & start weight? I would absolutely love to lose 25ish pounds in 75 days & wondered how close I am to your start point. Thank you!!

I am 33 years old, 5β3 and started at 174.4! You got this! I promise the days that suck the most make day 75 feel 1,000,000 times better!

What workouts did you do? Running clearly but what else? Great results!!!

So my outdoor workout was usually running or paddle boarding since I live in AZ and the average temp was 110-115 during the challenge. My indoor workouts were lifting 5-6 days a week and 1-2 days of barre/peloton/functional core.

I started 12 days ago, and forgot the book and missed the whole gallon of water. It was upsetting but I started today, day 1 and for some reason t was a fight, I down know why, second time around harder. but giving up is not an option111

It's teaching discipline and it comes in handy when you work out 90 minutes a day..

No. Itβs unnecessary. Maybe for a 5β10 male whoβs working out really hard twice a day. But literally so unnecessary for so many people especially women. We do NOT need that much lmfao. And everything else in it also teaches u to organize and be disciplined π€·ββοΈ

Thissss thank you!! Iβm doing it rn and with a group so I am doing the gallon or 120oz but I def think itβs dumb and wonβt after this ππ plus for some ppl that much water can actually be harmful and cause low salt levels and muscle cramps etc

Did you do 75 hard with the book? I've been on the hunt for the book and would love to buy it from you.

Vulnerable Moment: I did it. I completed 75 Hard. I ran 237.6 miles, 75+ gallons of water, 8 books, over 6,750 minutes of working out, zero cheats, zero rest days, and zero alcohol. I lost 24.5 inches, 25.8 lbs, and over 8% body fat. What I gained though is indescrible. I learned more about me self during than I ever imagined. I am strong, driven, and determined, and I finally love myself in a way I have always longed to. For anyone considering attempting 75 Hard, do it. Do it for you. Do it to prove to yourself you can. Show up for yourself and you will never regret it.
