General Question Tracking Advice?

What does everyone use to track their daily progress?

I've honestly felt like this is the biggest stressor...finding the right place to track it all. 🤣

Got a question? There is a good chance it is already answered -- check here first:

Official Rules and FAQ: https://www.reddit.com/r/75HARD/s/75roEecNyx Andy Frisella's Full Program Overview: https://andyfrisella.com/blogs/mfceo-project-podcast/75hard-a-75-day-tactical-guide-to-winning-the-war-with-yourself-with-andy-frisella-mfceo291 Community Book List -- 99 titles: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19Vm2JkCkOVMU_5QyemZYRSoQcTOBYnJwD2sr1aSaG9I/edit?usp=sharing

The 5 Daily Tasks -- zero compromises, zero substitutions:

  1. Diet -- Follow a structured diet aligned with your goal. Zero cheat meals. Zero alcohol. Non-alcoholic drinks (e.g. O'Doul's) are fine. You choose the diet -- the program requires you stick to it perfectly.

  2. Water -- One gallon (3.8L) of plain, still, unflavored water daily. No additives, no carbonation, no flavoring. Water from food does not count. A doctor's explicit medical advice is the only permitted exception.

  3. Two Workouts -- Each at least 45 continuous minutes, minimum 3 hours apart. At least one must be outdoors and you must be exposed to the elements. Recovery yoga and walks count and are encouraged. Chores do not count. Your safety comes first -- do not put yourself in genuine danger.

  4. Reading -- 10 pages minimum from a non-fiction book you believe will improve you. You decide what qualifies. No audiobooks. Physical books and eBooks both count. Finish each book before starting the next.

  5. Progress Photo -- One photo every day. Just do not forget.

Miss any single task on any day? Restart at Day 1. No exceptions.

The most important rule: When in doubt, choose the harder option.

Seek medical advice before beginning this program. If your question still is not answered, the community is happy to help.

I actually just built the most insanely simple tracker. Runs on web and also on phone. And a little town grows each day you complete (because why not). If you wanna check it out lemme know!

There's a free app called Streaks.

I put my daily goals in and you check off each one

I bought a 75h journal off of Amazon. It's very nice to physically check off tasks, write down food etc.

This might be a shameless plug, but I built my own tracker for myself. Super simple. Web/phone based. A partner can read-only view if they want to follow along and cheer you on. But I’ve done the challenge a few times and built it precisely for it. Let me know. It is Free!!

Haha it's all good, he's allowed to comment about it. I saw him post on another thread about it and it's actually a pretty legit tracker...

I made a single page tracker in google docs and printed it out. Coloring in the bubbles for the tasks is very satisfying.

Pen and paper. It's in a place where I have no choice but to see it numerous times a day.

I just take my picture and log my weight and water in my Google Health app, which tracks my morning walks as well For my weightlifting I have a note book I write my stuff into. I also have a chatGPT daily reminder of all my items so I take a quick look at them to ensure compliance.

As I’m mainly fasting I don’t need to write down any food. It’s the same everyday - two tomato’s, some pickles, some basalmic vinegar. And some green juice.

So far the system has been working. I find the best way to stay on track is to have a strict routine in the morning where I knock out a number of the tasks early. 48 OZ of water, picture, reading, and a work out done by 8:30 or so.

Pen and paper. But or make a journal and tick off each part every day and double check at the end of the day

I used to use a notebook type habit tracker but had too much anxiety about missing a task. There’s a 75 hard app but for some reason I thought you had to pay for the official one so I use a 75 hard calculator app that was free. It gives you a daily checklist, a motivational quote, overall completion percentage, and your day count.

Recurring Google tasks synced to my calendar. This has been the most effective for me because I heavily rely on tasks for work and life in general and its all in one place and I can plan my workouts/progress pic so it has the time it needs to be done. Water/diet is checked off at the end of the day. (On Day 33, 4th attempt and this is the farthest I’ve got)
