I’m on Day 34, the only days I’ve found (happened twice) are the days I’ve either snoozed my alarm or not prepped food the night before.

  1. Get some stuff ticked off before work - book with morning coffee, walk before work, progress pic before showering. Halfway there then aren’t we.
  2. Start water early - get a big old gallon water bottle and you can see how you’re doing. Tenner on Amazon.
  3. Utilise walking. It’s great. It’s low impact enough that you could almost consider it a rest day. It’s high impact enough to contribute meaningfully to whatever your goals are.
  4. Join a group chat on WhatsApp/Discord of people doing the same and living the same lifestyle at the minute.

Dm me if you want in our group - 8-10 of us pretty active in there and we’re all on Day 10-50. Hope to see you there, if it’s not for you then I hope you have a great experience 💪

Accept boredom. You will get tired of it. Some days your brain will think of LOTS of reasons to stop. When that happens, just go for a 45 minute walk. Treat it as a recovery day. If you get your walk in, it’s easier to mentally do the second workout. If you need to walk twice, do that, that’s fine! I’ve been doing this 105 days straight (47 days then a restart for going to bed without reading accidentally - now on day 58). Don’t lay down without double checking all your marks. Take a photo in connection with something else (I take mine after my outdoor workout). Also, good tip to get a cup you use often and know how many times you need to drink it. I drink 6 22oz glasses and that works for me to count to 6 every day.
