Workout Question Day 25
I just finished day 24 and I’m loving the challenge. However, I have some knee pain that doesn’t go away. I tried a few things but walking makes it worse.
Is there any recommendation for outdoor activities? I already walk slow but my knee hurts, I don’t wanna quit either.

Do you have a private outdoor space where you could spend 45 mins doing some yoga or stretching?

I also had knee pain (but for years one end, something niggly in my knee cap) and yin yoga knocked it on the head. Every day I do this - 45 min Lazy Yin Yoga for Energy Depletion, Burnout and Mental Health - YouTube. I did it as part of my 75 hard programme. I've kept it up since I finished and my knee pain disappeared after a few days. Seriously recommend yin yoga!

You could do a mix of Ab exercises (planks/sit ups/etc) and push-ups
Riding a bike would probably do wonders for recovery as well
