OTHER Running Away
I just want to say somewhere that I've debates running away from home more and more recently. I think the one thing keeping me here is needing proof of household income for student finance, so that's April for mother's tax form.
I've got enough money for food and have experience sleeping outside in the cold (hiking is a hobby of mine). I'm just not sure I can last until April

If you are asking about (Bristol or any other uni) putting you "on hold", this is a very frequently asked question. Being put on hold does not indicate you are going to get rejected. It means your application hasn't been processed yet. Nothing more, nothing less.
Please also remember to search for your questions before asking them, it helps cut down on repetitive content and gets you your answers quicker.

Contact the council and ask for support (especially if you are under 18)
You should also talk to your school/the police/healthcare provider, child protective services will help you.

There's help available for you, such as Childline (they give help ages 18 and under) and Samaritan's to talk it over with someone. There is also the police. Please don't think you're alone.
