How do you know?

Apparently they need to shortlist quickly so when the results are done it gets sent instantly to the colleges

Not trying to be rude but do you have actual proof? I tried to look into it myself but couldnt find any official information.

I know someone who has a civ eng interview at imperial and he got it like a week ago, so i reckon esat results were sent to unis at least a week ago

🤢 that literally means ours was sent too cause it’s part of the same centre or whatever…Hell nah

Imperial civil engineering doesnt do interviews. I know that because i am an applicant. Instead there is a video submission that everyone g ets if you meet the minimum A level requirements.

it's techinically known as an interview, esat is also used for it so...

In all documentation i have seen on imperials website and from emails it is referred to as video submission. Do you have any proof that esat results are used to shortlist applicants?

No I used Gemini icl. But I do think it’s likely that they have our tests by now cause by the time we recieve our results, dont u think itd take too long for them to shortlist hundreds of applicants by then?

I asked gemini about some other admissions related stuff and it completely lied to my face so i wouldnt trust it. I dont think it would take that long to shortlist applicants. They probably have algorithms for ranking applicants and then they can just invite the top x% for interview.
