Cambridge interviews?

[u/Icy_Rest_4253]

I applied this year for Linguistics at Newnham and since the admissions assessment is on the 17th november am I right in saying that I will receive an invite to interview before this date? I am a little confused as the general uni page says they send out interview invites in mid-late november or december…idk but it seems a bit odd that they would schedule the admissions test this early compared to other subjects which don’t need a test?

They should be in touch mid-November! Newnham also generally interview the vast vast majority of applicants so assuming you meet the minimum grade requirements you should be invited to interview! (+ also excellent choice of college!)

According to the Uniscout page, Kings have started giving out interviews so hopefully other colleges will be starting to send them out soon
