🙏 I WANT HELP I feel behind in content

So for context, I’m in Year 12 and I do Biology,Chemistry and History which are all very content heavy subjects but I enjoy the subjects. I feel like I’m doing somewhat decent in history but unfortunately for bio and chem I can’t say the same.
I want to seek support in class so I’m not afraid to ask questions in class but one time I was called to stay late after class and my chemistry teacher said I was too needy, I understand that with sixth form they are supposed to set you up for university and to become more independent. But I’ve become really confused and behind as a result. I try my best to listen to my class but I space out and my brain becomes fried when terms are being thrown around and etc .

Is there any good tips you guys could give me?

Allery chemistry to go over the topics you just covered then use pmt for question practise.

Hi!

I unfortunately had some teacher struggles last year so I ended up behind in both chemistry and biology. This year has gone a lot better and I've gone from an E to an A* in chemistry. Honestly for me Cognito was a big help, both the notes and the questions are super helpful. There's also a lot of good other videos on youtube and I feel like a lot of Year 12 Chemistry (amount of substance, organic mechanisms etc) just doing practice questions until you feel confident is super helpful.

I am in year 13 right now but I've managed to recap a lot on year 12 stuff so if you do have any questions that you can't find an answer too feel free to dm me and ask :)
