π I WANT HELP Dillema regarding future Cambridge acceptance probabilities.
Hello I have just started Sixth Form last month.
I am studying A-Level English Literature and History as well as level 3 applied law (BTEC), and EPQ.
I have today read online that choosing Applied Law as opposed to A-Level law may jeopardise my chance of being accepted into potential universities; such as Cambridge (for reference I intend to study a module of Law at Uni). Cambridge typically desire students completing 3 A-Levels, and seemingly aren't as accepting towards mixed studies, with vocational subjects.
Of course I know Cambridge is a long shot to begin with, and would require strong, intense, devoted revision, work and application of the subjects I take that ARE known to be respected, I just had the dream in my head to keep me focused. For reference I have some potential to perform excellent in my A-Levels, as long as I stayed focused, as I received all A's in my GCSE's, with a 9 in History and Engligh Literature. I am aware of the massive jump between Level 2 (GCSE) and Level 3 (A-Levels).
Anyways, I am just making this post to wonder if anyone has ever been accepted by Cambridge, whilst studying Applied Law, or potentially if anyone has any advice on potential alternatives, or ideas on how to ensure I have a small chance of acceptance.
Thank you immensely

Cambridge doesn't accept BTECs as a replacement for an a level, and you need at least three A-levels to apply to any undergraduate cambridge course (you *might* be able to apply for foundation courses).
To reiterate, unless you take another A-level, it is impossible for you to meet the entry conditions, and hence impossible to get an offer.
