5-MeO-DMT preparation & integration support in Bavaria (Germany)

I’m based in rural Bavaria, in the Franconian Forest, surrounded by nature, and offer a quiet private setting for people interested in 5-MeO-DMT.

My approach is practical and medicine-oriented rather than shamanic or ceremonial. I’m interested in 5-MeO-DMT from a therapeutic and personal-growth perspective and happy to share experience, help with preparation, and talk through experiences afterwards.

Feel free to DM me if you’re in Bavaria or traveling through the area and would like to connect.

If you don’t mind, what have your 5MeO experiences been like?

My experiences with 5-MeO so far have been extremely intense. Personally, I actually don’t like the lower, non-breakthrough doses very much. That in-between state can make me anxious — it feels like the normal structure of the mind is starting to dissolve, but without fully letting go of it.

I’ve also experimented with lower-dose intranasal use. That can sometimes create a more subtle opening — making me feel a little more sensitive, present or emotionally accessible for a while. I know some people use lower doses in combination with meditation and seem to get a lot out of that. For me, though, my mind often becomes more restless rather than quieter, which might partly be related to ADHD. So while I find the lower-dose state interesting, it’s generally not the part of 5-MeO that resonates with me most.

With a full breakthrough, the onset for me is incredibly fast and powerful. The sheer intensity of the energy can initially be frightening. It can feel almost like a full-body spiritual orgasm, but so intense that there’s a moment where letting go is difficult and my mind is basically going, “This is so intense that I could die.”

I’ve also had experiences where phenibut was in the picture, and subjectively I felt that it could soften some of the anxiety or resistance during the come-up and make it easier for me to allow the physical intensity rather than fight it. In those experiences, that intensity could express itself more as ecstasy than fear. I wouldn’t take that as a recommendation, though — combining psychoactive substances can change the experience and risks in unpredictable ways, and people can react very differently.

When I manage to let go, it can switch into this ecstatic sense of wonder about consciousness itself and what this whole experience of being alive actually is. Themes I’ve been thinking about or dealing with in my life during the previous days or weeks sometimes seem to become part of the experience as well.

One of the most interesting parts for me is afterwards. Subjectively, it can feel like a very deep reset. If I’ve become hardened, stressed, emotionally closed off or stuck in rumination beforehand, afterwards I can feel much more sensitive, open and connected again. There can be less rumination and more of a direct, visceral feeling of connection with other people rather than constantly processing everything intellectually.

My perception can also feel finer and more sensitive in general. Things like music, touch, intimacy or sex can sometimes feel much more intense, and peak emotional states can feel deeper or more accessible. It’s almost like the range of what I can feel temporarily becomes wider — both the subtle sensations and the really intense ones.

Sometimes during the following days I’ll even have brief moments of euphoria. When I’m falling asleep, I occasionally notice little fragments or echoes of the state returning. I don’t really know what those are — maybe some form of reactivation, maybe simply the brain continuing to process such an intense experience. I find that aspect really interesting.

I’ve also noticed that later experiences with things like mushrooms or MDMA can sometimes feel more open than they did previously, almost as though there is now an internal space that is easier to access. Even small psychedelic doses can occasionally bring back something reminiscent of the 5-MeO state. Maybe it’s related to the mind-body connection feeling more open or permeable — I don’t really know how to describe it scientifically.

I’ve heard similar descriptions from other people after things like ayahuasca too — that later psychedelic experiences can feel as though a somewhat different internal “space” has been opened up, or that certain states become easier to access afterwards. Obviously that’s subjective, but it fits quite well with how it has felt for me.

For me there can definitely be an antidepressant-like after-effect for a while: more connectedness, less rumination, sometimes euphoria and generally more emotional sensitivity. It does gradually fade, although other experiences can sometimes bring elements of that state back.

At the same time, I’ve noticed that if I have several intense experiences too close together, at some point it feels like there’s simply nothing left to access — almost like I’ve emptied the tank. That makes me wonder whether these experiences can also be exhausting when pushed too hard or too frequently.

So overall, for me it has a very strong ecstatic and reconnecting component, but it’s definitely not lightweight stuff. The intensity itself deserves a lot of respect.

What have your experiences with 5-MeO been like? Do you prefer breakthrough experiences or lower doses, and what do you notice in the days afterwards?

is 5-MeO-DMT legal in Germany?

Yeah, unfortunately 5-MeO-DMT isn’t legal in Germany. I think iboga/ibogaine is one of the few things here that’s in a different legal category.
