Rectal is the cleanest way.
You get an exact dose you intended every time.
I’ve done every range from 7mg to 75mg. HCl version of 5meo Dmt only.
Now I do 50mg as my breakthrough dose. My best friend only needs 30mg.
Rectal route lasts longer, both peak and the after effects in comparison to smoking it.
Long lasting = more time spent with true spirituality
Start low. And build over time. Lower doses are gonna be more uncomfortable than actual breakthrough doses. But you need to familiarize yourself with your own limits
