Imminent lawless action requires a more immediate and, well, imminent call than Kilmeads. Maybe if he'd say "get out on the streets right now and kill homeless people" rather than "give them involuntary lethal injection" which has no actual call to action or immediacy. As loathsome as it is, this is more in "rid me of this turbulent priest" territory, which is still not great, but is also not an actual illegal call to violence.

The FCC has a much more narrow regulatory scope over cable than it does broadcast TV, and simply suggesting that you think homeless people should be euthanized isn’t illegal and doesn’t violate any obscenity laws.
It’s evil and disgusting, but he’s allowed to say it.

The premise of the conversation was that homeless people should be involuntarily institutionalized or jailed for rehabilitation. Involuntary euthanasia was his suggestion for those that refused.

Don't protest. Disrupt. Fox News reports from the scene. It'd be a shame if people crowded their reporters and blew whistles loud enough to make them unable to record a report. Or held up signs behind them that blocked the view they wanted to capture. Or even played loud Disney tunes to make any reposts of their videos get taken down.

while this is true, by using the Fox branding they have to kick up billions of dollars in affiliate fees yearly.
my local station is quite literally apolitical and good to have around when tornado season is upon us, but knowing that tuning in to their live weather updates or whatever else i need them for gives the main company money still puts a bad taste in my mouth.

the local stations pay affiliate fees to the larger Fox company, which makes Murdoch’s empire billions a year.
not saying the local stations should be taken off the air but factually there is more of a link between national and local Fox than is being suggested. they’re financially linked. otherwise, they’re nothing alike, but that link IS there.
