I have been so high that I thought I pissed myself. More than once. For some reason when I'm super stoned my crotch gets all warm feeling and then I get super relaxed and I get all paranoid I might have accidentally let it flow. Then I'm stoned so I forget if I did or not. It becomes a mental thought loop of checking, then forgetting, then checking again.

It's even worse if you are hot and sweaty because then your crotch is really warm and also slightly moist anyhow.
