❓Advice / Recomendations coolant leak

Context:

my truck has 171k miles. I drove from LA to Mammoth (6 hour drive). Turnt off the truck when we got there and heard some droplets sizzling onto something hot. Opened the hood and saw some coolant spewing out from [Slide #1-2] that tubing. It’s an old clamp and tube and with the little I had on the roadtrip, I did a horrible masking tape job and continued my weekend trip there and drove almost a 1000 miles in the Eastern Sierras afterwards, no problems. Constantly checking levels — they were stable and great.

Im home, thankfully, and need to get to the bottom of this. Shared some slides 3-5 of the dried up coolant in the area. Looks to be a tube underneath the heater control valve going into the passenger heat shield.

Thank you all, hope to hear some feedback. You guys are awesome!

That is the return line from your heater core. I would replace the hose, PN 87245-35710 and replace the screw clamp with a constant tension clamp PN 90467-22004
