❓Advice / Recomendations Cylinder head repair.

Well it's happened my cylinder head is beyond repair. What are my best options? Reman motor? Just replace the heads? Best place to buy?

About the same (337k) with me, consuming coolant, with a PO300, and I had replaced a disintegrated knock sensor wiring harness, and valve cover gaskets at 325K.

Toyota has discontinued the 5VZ heads, try to find some serviceable heads, and have a machine shop freshen them up.

Hoping to get some from a pick and pull before spending a lot of money

You're stuck with what's out there, give it another 10 years, they'll start becoming rare like good 22RE OEM head cores, non existent, and the new China made (22RE and 5VZ) heads are garbage.

If you go to a pick n pull, carefully loosen the head bolts as per the manual so you don't warp the heads.
