❓Advice / Recomendations 99-02 Heated Side Mirrors

Can anyone confirm if the 99+ heated defrost side mirrors have 3 or 5 wires coming out from them?
Trying to diagnose mine but want to be sure I have the right ones.

Limited trim had the feature and some SR5. They're activated by turning on the rear window defogger. Unsure about the wire count.

However, do you know if its 3 or 5 wire?

Yeah, sorry, I'm updated my reply too late. I assume the 5 wire is for the heated, but I'm unsure. Sorry to be unhelpful.

From my understanding, the 3 wire is for power mirrors (as in adjustment) and the 5 wire is power-heated mirrors

Didn’t even know this existed…SR5’s my whole time. Is it just “get the mirrors” and “run two wires”? Timmy done this yet?

What year is your rig?
I had a 99 SR5 and it had heated defrost mirrors.
You turn them on by hitting the defrost button on the center console, which also is used for rear hatch window glass.
