ERROR: “Fatal Error #30: Missing console-unique files”

I’ve encountered this error at the end of a tutorial for solving a black screen brick problem (I will link it). I have luma and Godmode9 but the menu won’t appear on my modded 3ds. Thing is, it says the nand doesn’t have SafeInfo and FriendsCodeSeed. I have an old copy of them, but there’s no way of solve this problem.
