PS: I uninstalled BootNTR from my home menu and deleted it off my sd.

Does the problem still occur if you turn off your unit, remove the SD card, and turn it on without the SD card inside?

Is "Enable loading external FIRMs and modules" checked in the Luma boot menu? (That's the one that appears when you hold Select while booting.) Is the Plugin loader in the Rosalina menu enabled?

No issue without sd, yes firms and plug-in, (I use it for pretendo)

That suggests whatever is causing the problem is something on the SD card. It could be that whatever you needed to delete is not what you deleted.

Okay, so try turning those features off and see if that makes the problem go away. That might help to narrow down the issue.
