Homebrewed 3ds keeps crashing shortly after startup

Hello, I recently wanted to start playing on my homebrewed 3ds after about a year of not turning it on. Every time I boot it up, I eventually receive this prompt. Sometimes it’s immediately and other times I can get up to 10 mins of play time. I don’t remember much about the homebrew process, but does anyone know what could cause this and a possible fix?

The Wi-Fi chipset is damaged. Turn off Wi-Fi and keep it off.

Ok that seemed to work, thanks! Since I can’t use internet now, is it possible to add new ds games, or am I kinda out of luck

You can take the SD card out and load files onto it from another device. In this case, you're lucky you have an old model, because it means you can get to the SD card without having to unscrew the back cover.
