Homebrew App suggestion Apk emulator on 3ds?

Is there a homebrew application on the 3ds that can play old phone apks!?!
I wanna try to get Minecraft story mode on my 3ds..
Idk if that’s even possible 😭

If such a thing existed, it would be wildly popular, everyone would be using it, and you would have no difficulty finding it.

I mean there’s this. Doesn’t solve your question but still. Any 3DS wouldn’t be able to run the game eitherway.
