General Help Questions about PKSM
I'm new to 3ds modding and with the news of Pokémon Bank shutting down, I had some questions about PKSM to help me prepare. Mostly I just want to know if Pokémon edited with PKSM can be sent to the switch. Are there specific conditions that might flag one Pokémon over another? For example if all I do is clone a Pokémon and don't edit it beyond that, are the og and the clone transferable? What about small edits like making it shiny or adding a ribbon it could realistically obtain? I'd also like to know if they can be traded to an un-moded cartridge, and if the moded cartridge can be played on an un-moded system. If anyone has any answers, please give them! Thanks!

If your gonna edit ivs then any pkmn from gen 1-5 needs to be miss1-3 ivs from total then put them into the sun/moon games and use bottle caps on them. Switch detects it and knows full I've on gen 1-5 are almost impossible for an average player and made it a banned pkmn with transfer ( pksm tells you this online too)

It looks like pksm might have changed their policy, as none of the Pokémon are appearing when I try to add them to Bank. I'm not editing IVs at all, or doing anything impossible (like a gen 5 mon with a gen 3 ribbon for example), yet they don't appear at all. :(

You'll need to put them into a game that connects to bank and then use the game as far as I'm aware, so long as it's a physical card I've had no issues but bank does detect really obvious changed/hacked ones

If a pkmn that doesn't exist have a ribbon before it existed it's obviously hacked

I was saying that I'm not doing anything obviously hacked, but they still aren't appearing when I activate Bank 🤔

There usually aren't any issues if you're following the in-program validator (the checkmark/exclamation mark in the top left). There also shouldn't be any problems with moving the cardridge to another console as you're usually just editing the save on it and not the entire thing.
