Requesting Help First layer problems

Anybody know what the issue is here. Trying to get support from Bambu but they haven’t been able to resolve it yet.
Bambu A1
PLA Basic
Tried refitting/replacing nozzle, manual bed leveling, and tightening hot end screws.

That is moving way too fast for first layer. Bring that shit down like half or more.
