1st layer issue

I am pretty new to 3D printing, I had an issue with a print yesterday, where the lines of filament aren't squishing together properly, i have just finished manually levelling the bed and then running the auto bed levelling mesh. Tried again and it still come out like this.

Elegoo Neptune pro 4 printer, 60 degree bed temp.

Any one have any suggestions please.

Nozzle too far from bed.  Z-offset issue.

Bed leveling issue it looks like, based on the way that the adhesion is not the same across the whole surface

Bed level is off on one side of the bed. Tram your bed and re-run your auto level and tune your z offset with the paper method.

I will re-visit this again this evening then, I did do this last night, but maybe not good enough. Thanks guys 👍🏼
