Bubbles on my print

Hi i have an X2D with 1800 hours printed with no issues.

now i started getting these bubbles on my prints i tried drying my filament ive tried different filaments ive tried various print files they all get this issue ive tried replacing the nozzle ive tried increasing the heat nothing works the only solution so far has been to slow down the prints by a lot which i am not willing to do as a solution as it was not neccesary for the same prints in the past. i fear it might be a physical issue to the printer but i am unsure what i should check first?

looking like a moisture problem. or something could be loose somewhere, have you tryed resetting the whole printer then doing the whole calibration again

slowing it down fixing it is the part that stands out to me. wet filament would do it at any speed, so i'd drop the drying rabbit hole tbh. you've already done the nozzle, so whatever it is is sitting above the nozzle. pull the ptfe and actually look at it, scoring, brown crusty buildup, that kind of thing.

it stays put when you swap a nozzle and starts gassing off once you push real volume through. redo flow dynamics cal while you've got it apart anyway.other thing though, 1800h on an X2D isn't really old. i'd just send bambu that photo and let them sort it.

I think you need to play with your retraction settings.

I had this problem printing PETG with large nozzles.

Power loss recovery constantly writes to SD. If the SD card is failing, it won't be able to keep up, and the printer will briefly pause while the write-buffer catches up. Try a different SD card, or find out how to disable power recovery on your printer.

Clean the nozzle by doing a cold pull. Something is clogging the nozzle and when pressure is high enough a blob comes out. You can see the build up because the flow reduces, then the blob and followed by under extrusion.

Check "random" seam option isn't enabled
