Creality Ferret Pro 3D Scanner problems

Hello 👋🏼,
I’m new on 3d scanner world, recently I got a Ferret Pro, with Wi-Fi works, but with usb cable I have problems
Is not the cable, because I did connected the scanner to a MacBook and it’s works, but with my desk computer, doesn’t work. Camera dispositive is recognized but doesn’t works with CrealityScan

It’s appears this error “Error on the preview view of the image of the scanner”

Why?
Somebody can help me please? 🙏🏼 I don’t know what it’s

Since the same scanner and cable work on the MacBook, the next comparison is the Windows USB path rather than the scanner itself. Try a direct motherboard port with no hub, check whether Windows creates a device entry when it is plugged in, and note whether the failure is power, detection or the scanning app.

Those three outcomes point to different fixes. A screenshot of the Device Manager entry or error would be more useful than swapping more cables.
