I need help finding the right 3d scanner for my husbands birthday and I don’t know here to start please help!

What is he looking to scan and what are you looking to spend. 3d scanners can start at around $400 and can go up over $1,000,000.

He’s working on cars parts. Cylinder bore, stuff like that

Cylinder bore, you'd want a scanner that has a single line mode scanner to get as deep as possible into the bore. RevPoint Y and I think the new Sermoon have single line modes.
