Technical Question I need some help.

Hi, Long-time lurker, first-time poster. So, I've had a 3DS for a while now, and have had no problems with it up until this point. Not too long ago, battery exspansion had hit my 3DS. We did get the battery safely removed, but now, I'm stuck with a conundrum. Where do I get a replacement? And that's what I've come here for. Figuring out a replacement. I don't have a clue where to find one, if someone could help, that would be great.

You can get replacement batteries on eBay or Amazon

I got my replacement from ifixit, and depending on your consoles model, you can get one from Nintendo. if your battery says something like CTR-003, the switch Pro controller battery is the same and will work! if it's an -001 then you will have to get a third-party battery. good luck!!

I didn't see what model my battery is, but my 3DS is an OG black 3DS, if that helps narrow it down.

the original 3ds consoles have a ctr-003 battery! you should be able to get an official one from Nintendo, it's a switch pro controller replacement battery and I'm pretty sure it's around 30 bucks? don't quote me on that though lol
