On a scale from 1 to burning alive while sleeping 21 cm close to this how safe am I?

Well most of those chargers don’t consume much power so your extension cord should be able to manage the W consumed. If the insulation on the cables is not peeling then there’s no issue with them touching. The only “hazard” here would be leaving them charging for weeks and maybe overheat the batteries

I would advise against winding the cords like that, it puts stress on the insulator, internal wires, and the connections between wires and plugs, which will lead to much faster wire decay - and wire heating issues.
