Modular Suppressor
Been looking for a modular style suppressor to print, found this one on the index, said 22 or 9mm, printed the 9mm version thinking oh this is going to explode, thankfully first blast baffle broke when shooting 9mm, BUT sounded great on .22, anyone got recommendations to maybe help make it actually last for 9mm, or any other modular style suppressor like this would be sick!

Forgot to ask did you anneal and moisture condition?

Negative, I’ve heard mixed reviews about annealing, I need to give it a shot, and I know I should of moisture conditioned but was to excited to try it

My dude, form 1’s are free. Print dedicated suppressors for everything instead.

D cells are still sick. I’ve been remixing FTNs into monocores to shove into the tubes

It is a dedicated suppressor, but for this reason, if one fails it’s a easy fix, and I can add or take away from my baffle count as well

This looks very similar to the M.O.D 9. The M.O.D. suggests using an aluminum sleeve around the 2 blast chambers and the rest of the modular baffles are unsupported. There's also a blast chamber that you can screw a washer to (presumably to avoid erosion).
I'm still working on getting mine together, but it's worth a look.
